Florida’s rule for free and discounted dental offers

Florida Statutes section 456.062 requires healthcare advertisements for free or discounted services to include a specific disclaimer about the patient’s right to refuse payment for other services. Many practices run “free consultation” or new-patient specials without it. We include the required wording in ads and landing pages, and check offers with you before they go live.

Reaching Florida’s patients

Miami-Dade, Broward and parts of Central Florida have large Spanish-speaking populations, so we run separate Spanish campaigns where it makes sense, with copy reviewed by your team. We also plan budgets around seasonal residents and holiday periods.

We combine Google Ads for dentists, Facebook ads, emergency dentist ads and Google Business Profile work, all with privacy-safe tracking.
